Pre-Qualifications for Retainer Services
This is a work follow-up service, based on a solid website search engine optimization (SEO) foundation that is already in place.
To automatically qualify for this service, you must be a previous client that has invested in either one of the following types of services / packages as advertised here on this website domain (therapy-websites.ceedwebdesign.com), and as described below.
Adwords Level 1: 10 targets – $266.67 per month/ one year contract
To qualify for this monthly retainer marketing service, the Client should have already invested in one of the following services listed below. You may also request a site review to have this pre-investment requirement waived.

Geographic Availability
This service is operated nationally so that Ceed clients are generally not in heavy direct competition with one another. Markets are viewed by major metropolitan area. Generally no more than 3 retainer clients will be accepted in any given market at any given point in time.
The exceptions are:
New York City – up to seven clients
Chicago, Los Angeles, Boston – up to five clients (per market)
Philadelphia, San Diego, Phoenix – up to four clients (per market)
More Information About Labor Hour Tracking
All work hours will be documented and reported to you quarterly in report form as a PDF attached to an email, or by mail, and will also be made available any time on request. Please note: requests for extra labor reports will be tracked against the available bank of administrative hours and therefore may result in account overage.
In terms of account administration, all general inquiries and requests from the client are generally counted against the bank of three administrative hours. Emails are read at no charge, however, requests for extensive written replies to training type questions are generally out of the scope of the contract, or may be permissible with your pre-approval of anticipated/resultant contract overage.
Telephone meetings and email used to set up these meetings, and generally findings reporting by email are counted against the bank of marketing hours, since these are generally used to review recommended changes and gain your feedback and approvals on work. We will probably have 1 longer call (40 minutes) and 2-3 short calls (10-20 minutes) over the course of one year.

Every case will vary slightly, but generally a majority of hours will be utilized early in the contract. Again, each case varies slightly.
Cancellation Option
You may cancel at anytime; hours will be cashed out at the rate of $80 per hour against your paid balance up to the date of cancellation.
